Parenting can be tough – but our parenting classes approach the subject with empathy and practical advice. These lessons will be used over and over as you learn to handle parenting situations. Parenting education promotes the use of positive parenting practices, such as using positive language, planned discipline, and family routines. It also encourages nurturing behavior and increases parents’ knowledge of child development and communication styles. In these classes, you will learn about child growth and development from ages newborn through three years old. Each session is held on a Saturday from 10:30am-3:00pm.
